At Flairez, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your product isn’t what you expected, you may return it as long as it meets the required conditions.
30-Day Return Policy
If you bought your Flairez product directly from our website, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- Be in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Be unused and in perfect condition for resale.
- If the original packaging is missing, a replacement is available for €15.
How to Return Your Item

Package the Product Properly
Place the Flairez item inside its original packaging.
Then, put that package inside a secure shipping box to prevent damage.
The product box must arrive in perfect condition. -
Submit Your Return Request
Before sending your item back, please provide the following details:
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Email Address
- Reason for Return
- Is the product still in perfect condition? Yes / No
- Have you used the product? Never / Once / A few times
- Do you have the original product packaging? Yes / No
- Do you still have the shipping box? Yes / No
Once we receive your request, we will email you the return address.
(Return shipping costs will apply if the request is made after 14 days.)
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. If the item is damaged or incomplete, a deduction may apply.
